Stephanie H. Shear has experience on both sides of the surety industry. She was the underwriting manager of a nationwide surety program for an MGU in California as well as underwriting California contractors as the supervising underwriter for a California surety company and multiple years of experience as an agent/broker for contractors doing bonded work in California.
